Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

The home comfortably accommodates a maximum of 6 overnight guests.

We are a pet-friendly rental. Up to two dogs are allowed and must be registered at the time of booking. Pets must be well-behaved, not disturb neighbors, and must not be left barking outside or unattended indoors if they have separation anxiety. A kennel is available for use to help prevent pet-related damage. Pets are not permitted to urinate or defecate inside the home.

Our team or approved service providers must access the property for routine tasks. Our local hospitality team will place trash cans out on Wednesday evening and return them Friday morning. Regular landscaping and occasional irrigation adjustments may also require entry to the backyard. By booking, guests agree to allow our team and approved contractors reasonable access to perform these maintenance tasks, we’ll provide advance notice whenever possible.

Per neighborhood rules, no overnight street parking is permitted. Vehicles are strictly limited to a maximum of 4 and must park completely inside the garage or on the driveway.

This is a 100% smoke-free home. A $500 fine will be assessed if any smoke odor or evidence is detected inside the property.

The booking guest is fully responsible for any accidental damages, theft, or pet-related damages that occur during the stay.

To guarantee your total satisfaction, Southwest Serenity is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between every single stay.
