Enjoy all that beautiful Granville development in Prescott Valley has to offer. Owner has just furnished this beautiful home, and it's newly available for our family to share with up to 6 guests. Guests must be 28 years old and up.
Relax in this fully furnished two car garage home, with a spacious master suite. There is a furnished 2nd bedroom with a new queen mattress, and the 3rd bedroom features queen/single bunks with new mattresses. Property has new paint, modern living room furnishing, fire pit table outside, gas stove, ceiling fans, synthetic lawn back yard and is 10 minutes from theaters, restaurants, Whiskey Row, Watson Lake and more.

You can enjoy being outdoors hiking, biking and kayaking within a couple miles, or bbq and enjoy the quiet backyard setting and dinners with spacious setting for a family get-away.
Hyper-allergenic dogs 20 lbs and under are welcome. Please no cats as we use our property ourselves and have allergies.

Clean house, as described in the listing. Lots of space for our little dog to run around. Wifi info needs to be updated. Supplies were low, but owner was quick to remedy. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were very nice and engaged in chit chat. This house allowed us to be together as a family to say goodbye to our father passing from cancer. We needed it at the last minute, and the owner was very accommodating.

Was a perfect place to stay in Prescott Valley. Our host insured our needs were met. My wife as well as myself hope to stay at same house on next visit. The pickleball courts in the neighborhood was a bonus. Got to play a little PB on the court during our stay. The location was close to all the shopping stores. All the supplies such as utensils and pots and pans were available for use. Cooked lamb chops on the grill outside. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
Well, I’m standing on a corner in Winslow Arizona, such a fine sight to see…Take it Easy.

Jerome AZ…close to Prescott Valley. We are in front of the US Post Office. A closed copper mining town. When it closed in 1952, it mined enough copper to supply 13 lbs of copper for person each person on the planet.

Nice House

Property is a new build. Cozy house. Carpets smelled of dog urine and sheets on bunk beds were dirty from previous guest. Needs updated pots and pans internet did not work. But the beds were comfortable. All in all it is a nice place.
