Very nice home. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Cell service is spotty in the immediate area so make sure to utilize the WiFi before going somewhere if you’re not familiar with the area.

House was nice and well kept up. Some of the light switches didnt work and we couldnt get one of the lights to turn off. Was never sent checkin instructions but owner answered right away and got us in. Would stay here again.

Good location, easy access & responsive hosts. Ended up being only 5min from our family gathering location which made it even more perfect! Fit 8 of us comfortably with air mattresses in the living room.

When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying time outdoors, traveling with my family, or checking out local spots for good food and live music.

Hosting gives me the chance to share the places I love with others. I’ve put a lot of care into this home to make it a relaxing, comfortable stay for guests who want to experience the charm of Prescott and the friendly Granville neighborhood. Whether you’re here to hike, unwind, or explore the local culture, I hope you feel right at home.

Granville is one of those neighborhoods that just feels like home the moment you arrive. Tucked away in the Prescott Valley, it offers peaceful streets, beautifully maintained homes, and wide-open skies that light up at sunrise and glow pink at sunset. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with tree-lined sidewalks perfect for morning walks or evening strolls under the stars.

One of my favorite things about Granville is how connected it feels—close to the heart of Prescott, but far enough away to really relax. There are community parks, walking trails, and even a clubhouse with pools and fitness options if you’re looking for a little more activity. Whether you’re watching the monsoon clouds roll in over the mountains or sipping coffee on the patio with a cool breeze, the pace here is slower in the best way.

Granville is a great home base—close to shops, restaurants, and all the charm of downtown Prescott, but with enough space and quiet to truly unwind. I love sharing that balance with guests.
