This 1-bedroom condo is perfect for your escape to Ocean Isle Beach. The space features a fantastic living room with a comfy sofa bed, making it easy to relax or host guests. With both heating and AC, you’ll stay comfortable no matter the season. The bathroom is clean and functional, providing everything you need for a refreshing start to your day. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying a quiet night in, this brilliant condo offers a fabulous retreat. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our condo.
Everything is within walking distance including Mini Golf, the OIB Park with a splash pad, new redesigned play area, basketball and bocce ball. There are free concerts at the park from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Multiple restaurants are nearby along with ice cream and slushies. Enjoy fishing off the OIB Pier or have fun in their Arcade or ice cream shop. The Pier also serves excellent breakfast or lunch. Coastal Winery is a fantastic place to enjoy appetizers, wine or beer. You can sit on their outdoor deck and enjoy watching the ocean or enjoy their indoor bar.

We arrived about 4:00. Room was supposed to be ready at 3:00, but housekeeping had not been there yet. But Barry got them out there immediately and they cleaned the room. I would suggest taking new pictures of the room since it's been remodeled. Overall our stay was great. Perfect room for a couple!

This was not our first stay in this condo and it was once again a fabulous experience in a great location. Barry, the owner, was personable and a pleasure to work with. The air conditioner went out in the condo and the ice machine for the entire complex stopped working. However, the great news is that the AC was replaced and the ice machine fixed within mere hours of our reporting it to Barry. We applaud him for his quick response and certainly feel confident in renting from him in the future. Thanks again for everything!

The place was very nice and clean. The view was pretty good but we were right next to so many things that we got to go somewhwre new every day for the week we were there.
