Great location

We enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent. The beach is a 3 minute walk, and the salt marsh was a 1 minute walk.

Excellent Place

We had a short get away as our last trip as a family of three and we throughly enjoyed ourselves! Our son loved the beach and our condo was so nice and it was just what we needed!!

Great Stay and Location

We had a wonderful time in the condo. It was very clean, well stocked kitchen and great entertainment. The beach is only a very short walk and easily accessible. Communication was great and check in/out couldn't have been easier. We had a great week and would definitely come back again. Thanks

Great location

Great location in OIB; a very short walk to the beach. The community pool was fabulous. It is only shared by three condo units, so it was almost like having a private pool. Our three year old was in heaven! Property was as advertised and we had a wonderful stay.

Cozy condo with great views

The condo was extremely nice, much nicer than we expected by looking at the listing. The host was super responsive. Definitely a hidden gem for the price in ocean isle.

Great Time With Family

What a lovely condo! Perfect for my husband, our daughter and myself. Great views from both decks. Especially enjoyed my morning coffee on the back deck with a cute surfer table and chairs. Owner went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Will certainly recommend to friends and hope to return again!

Another great OIB vacation

Condo was perfect for our little family. Small bumps with the AC unit on the first night but the owner is/ was very communicative. Thanks for being on it and making it so comfortable for the rest of our visit.

Great place.

The apartment is just as described if not nicer. The access to the beach is close & easy walk. Lots of steps to the 3rd floor but that was fine. Just good to know if you have heavy items. Pool was easy too.

We really like the condo except taking our luggage to it and then taking it out. 6 set of steps is a lot but it is on the 3rd story

Great experience

We had a great time on our vacation! Our family loved the condo - just enough space for us to cook and lounge around when we weren’t at the beach/pool. Just quick walk to the beach entrance. Communication with the owner was great and she was super friendly/helpful. Like others have said in their review, this unit is better in person than in the pics! My only improvement request would be to add a keypad to the door to avoid using a traditional key. Other than that we had an excellent vacation!

Better than the pictures

We very much enjoyed our stay! Communication was great, the location was AWESOME (just a few minute walk from the handicapped beach access which was awesome for our full wagon!) and the place was spacious and comfy. The bunk beds are kinda in a closet but in the bedroom, so the adults could hang in the living room while the kids were asleep behind closed doors. There was also an extra sink/vanity area in the bedroom so the bathroom didn’t get too cluttered. Bring your own linens and towels, including toilet paper and paper towels, detergent for the washer. Beds were comfortable and the big couch was perfect for our family of 4 to spread out and nap :) Will definitely consider rebooking next year!

Overall nice stay

The beginning of our trip was a bit rocky as there was a leak in the kitchen sink. Our arrival was Saturday and we could not use the kitchen sink until it was fixed on Monday. We also found some candy wrappers and a sock in the couch from previous guests. On a positive note, the place was decorated nicely and the host was very friendly. The top bunk was quite creaky, so we ended up using the couch bed as an option for our kids. Overall, we made the best of our stay and appreciated the hosts communication!

Absolutely wonderful

I only have good things to say about our entire experience. The property was extremely clean and nicer than can be shown in the photos. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond. The pool on the property was only used by a handful of other guests, so it was perfect for my children. My youngest son loved feeding the turtles in the lagoon, so that was an unexpected treat. The views from the property were absolutely breathtaking. It’s a very short walk to the beach, which was perfect. The tenants in neighboring units were so friendly. It was an all together wonderful experience for my entire family. Thank you!

Perfect host

In preparing for our visit to the beach, I was impressed with Mercy, the host, with her willingness to answer questions about Ocean Isle and her place. We arrived on Saturday, however due to a personal unforeseen situation, we were not able to stay that night or the following six days/nights. In speaking with Mercy, she was most understanding of our issue and was very accommodating to us. I would recommend her place, Ocean Isle beach and especially Mercy, as a true caring host. She will do everything in her power to make your visit enjoyable. Jim

Beach getaway

The condo was very nice. It appeared it had not been cleaned very well but we touched it up ourselves. It provided just the right number of beds for our family. We will definitely go again!
