Vacation apartment Tivano is on the first floor of a charming Lombard country house with three vacation apartments directly on the lake, individually modernized with private charm and ambience. With several outdoor areas as a true vacation paradise: The furnished terrace at the entrance to the vacation apartment, the richly planted garden with play and sunbathing lawn with brick-built dining table, barbecue and sun loungers right on the lake. The large shared lakeside terrace with dining table and sun loungers is the highlight. The name Tivano is known for the wind on Lake Como - your vacation address is also an oasis for a variety of water sports - sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, rowing with a kayak, canoe or simply with an air mattress. A staircase with a garden gate leads to the beach. The surroundings: Next to it is the Vento-Breva vacation apartment and above it the Vento-Blu vacation apartment. On the uphill side is the lakeside road. In the neighborhood is the private property of the friendly landlord family with a small family car repair shop and parking spaces.
A garden gate with a few steps next to the large shared lakeside terrace leads to the shallow natural pebble beach and the lakeside path.

The lakeside garden terrace leads to the living and dining area with kitchen in your vacation apartment. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area. The double room faces the lake and leads to the bathroom with shower.
Great value for money - friendly landlord family who also use the shared property with family/friends from time to time. The large property is often used alone - everyone is welcome. An oasis for water sports enthusiasts with plenty of space and many possibilities.

Wir stimmen Ihnen vollkommen zu: "sympathische Vermieterfamilie", sehr hilfsbereit, reagiert sofort auf Anliegen. Angetan waren wir auch von den guten Matratzen, dem Vorfinden von Küchenrollen, Putzmaterial, Toilettenpapier...,dem qualitätsvollen Mobiliar im Garten.
Ja, der Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Außenterrasse ist ein "Urlaubsparadies", die Terrasse am Haus möchte ich davon ausnehmen, wird sie doch schon stark von der Durchgangsstraße, die direkt hinter dem Haus vorbeiführt, tangiert und so stark beeinträchtigt. Auch im Haus ist der Autoverkehr Tag und Nacht zu hören, das kann einen erwünscht ruhigen Urlaub durchaus stören oder man findet sich halt ( z.B. mit Ohrstöpseln ! ) damit ab.
