The Pianoforte Giardino holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a two-storey house with two holiday flats with private terraces and a communal garden with two garden areas for each flat with wonderful views over the village and Lake Como. The flat is just a short walk from the lake and leads from the historic town centre down to the beautiful lakeside promenade. The terrace is furnished with a small table and chairs, ideal for that first coffee in the morning or a cosy glass of wine in the evening.

A gate leads through the driveway to the house and into the fenced, plant-filled communal garden with sun loungers and a dining table for cosy meals and get-togethers.

The garden is shared with the Panorama flat on the upper floor, which can also be rented via LABREVA - ideal for holidays with extended family or friends.

The Pianoforte Giardino holiday flat is located on the ground floor and is bright and spacious with a living area and kitchen on the lake side and two double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the mountain side.

A small table with two chairs welcomes you at the front door. You enter directly into the spacious living and dining area with modern, bright kitchen, large dining table, cosy pellet stove and living area with sofa and TV. There is a counter with 2 bar stools for a ‘quick coffee’.

The living area is bright and flooded with light with a new kitchen and a mix of modern and antique furniture.

From the living area you have direct access to one of the bathrooms with a large round glass shower with massage jets, washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine.

A sliding door leads uphill into a small hallway, from here you can reach the two double bedrooms and the second bathroom. Both bedrooms are spacious and modern. With large wardrobes.

The flat has a cosy pellet stove and central heating in all rooms as well as light laminate flooring, is bright, spacious and flooded with light with a mixture of modern and antique furniture.

The Giardino holiday flat is characterised by its central location, but at the same time offers peace and quiet, as it is located in a side street and offers a wonderful view.

In Gravedona you will find charming shops, first-class restaurants, the market square, the harbour and the picturesque old town. There are other residential and holiday homes in the quiet neighbourhood. Gravedona has a boat dock. There are various connections to many places along the lake down to Como. The upper flat Pianoforte Panorama can be rented for holidays with friends and family.

The friendly landlords Rosanna and Gabriele live nearby and are always happy to help with any questions or requests.

There is ample public parking space below the house. The driveway can be used for loading and unloading by arrangement with the guests of the upper flat.

Charging e-cars at the domicile is not permitted. Nearest public e-car charging station approx. 500 m away.
