The Rio Bo Stella holiday apartment with pool is located in the attic of an architect-designed villa in the mountain village of Laghetto, in a privileged residential area nestled between meadows and individual Lombard villas and houses with surrounding gardens. The couple who rent out the apartment, both of whom work, live on the ground floor of the villa. Your own garden entrance leads to the granite outdoor staircase of your holiday apartment with access to a balcony offering panoramic views of the Alps. Below the stairs, there is a private garden and barbecue area with a dining table and deck chairs. The garden leads to the pool area with deck chairs. From there, you can access the covered terrace area with a spa, sauna, fitness room and billiards table.
With sweeping views of the lake and mountains. Idyllic, almost secluded and yet only 1.5 km from the beach and town centre on a gentle slope at the foot of the impressive Monte Legnone mountain. Sun almost all day long: there are terraces around the holiday home, and your private terrace with garden furniture is located in the garden next to the staircase. Deck chairs, a dining table and barbecue invite you to spend your holiday outdoors. The garden is open to the lake side with a 1 m wall as a boundary, fenced on the sides and on the mountain side.

The pool is open from mid-April to the end of October, depending on the weather. Other times on request. By the pool are sun loungers, changing room and bathroom with shower. You can access the pool area, which is shared, via the garden. Pure relaxation also in the sauna.
The beaches of Colico are about 1.5 km away.

The pool holiday flat Rio Bo Stella presents itself in a Mediterranean combination of modern interior and spacious partially covered terraces, flooded with light and with a wonderful view.

Terraccotta tiles and parquet floors complete the ambience. You enter the flat via the external staircase entrance.

The open living area with modern and well-equipped kitchenette as well as single sofa bed has a lateral lake view. From the living area you can access the furnished balcony with mountain view. Next door is the bathroom with shower.

In the bedroom with open beams there is a large double bed with mountain view.

Aldo Palazzeschi describes the peacefulness of this landscape in his poem ‘Rio Bò’, a title that seems tailor-made for this holiday oasis. Enjoy the idyllic setting and Mediterranean comfort. A place to unwind and relax after extensive cultural and/or sporting activities. The friendly landlords live on the ground floor.
Due to the size of the flat, small to medium-sized dogs are welcome. The landlords' friendly little dog can sometimes be found in the garden.
The outdoor area is rarely used by the other parties, so you can often enjoy undisturbed peace and quiet.

There is a parking space for your vehicle in the carport, plus an outside parking space in the enclosed property with a remote-controlled gate. From the carport you can reach the attic flat via the outside staircase.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of EUR 150.00 must be paid in cash. The deposit will be returned to you upon departure.
