A 3-room balcony holiday flat furnished with a special touch on the western shore, above the picturesque little town of Gravedona in a hillside location in a typical Lombardy group of houses with a narrow stream. It is about 3-4 minutes by car to the lake. The house is on a narrow, winding mountain road to the upper mountain village of Negrana. You are surrounded by Italian neighbours. The holiday flat has a small balcony from the living room with a bistro table and 2 deck chairs facing the lake, as well as a
reading balcony from the twin bedroom facing the lake. LUCI means lights and heralds the dazzling sea of lights over Lake Como that can be enjoyed in the evenings on Lake Como. However, beautiful light accents are also fascinating in the large flat itself.  

After a 10-15 min. walk you reach the beaches, some of which are shallowly sloping and offer good sports facilities.

From the car park, 4 steps lead to the flat and house entrance: 
On the lake side is the large living area with window fireplace and with wide window front and access to the balcony with dining table set.
The well-equipped kitchenette and the beautiful dining area are integrated into the living area.
A small hallway leads into the sleeping area with double and twin bedrooms, as well as into the large, modernly designed bathroom with shower.
You have mountain and lake views over rooftops and between neighbouring houses.

The holiday flat is also comfortable in winter.

A garage with a second entrance to the flat is available for your vehicle. Lowered vehicles can park in front of it.
