Perfect location!

This is perfect location in Naples! Close to 5th St and the beach yet away enough to be quiet. Condo is very clean and the bed comfortable. Definitely a place to return to.

Bill, your condo was fabulous! Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Well-stocked with everything one needs. Really appreciated the beach stuff - the little wagon, umbrella and chairs. The pool and the patio was the best! It was a really relaxing holiday and your condo made it 100% better!My friend and I plan on returning next year at the same time!

Relaxing Naples

Comfortable apartment in a small complex of 8 units. Great location just off 5th Avenue and short walk to beach. Some aspects a little dated but clean and tidy. Issue with internet (initially notified by owner) was rectified. Overall excellent stay.

A wonderful place to stay in Naples

We were looking for a summer escape to Naples that was close to 5th avenue and this was perfect! The apartment is very conveniently located (5th Avenue is a minute walk, and the beach is a short distance too), the amenities are top-notch and we loved the pool. It's a gorgeous apartment. We had a great time and intend to come back.

Amazing location great stay!

We never had to touch our car! Walked to the beach, town, shopping and restaurants. Unit was well equipped with everything you needed including beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Very friendly place where we were able to socialize with the other guests and homeowners. The owner, Bill, was great and quick to respond to us. We would definitely come back!

Sunrise to Sunset

The perfect place! Walk right around the corner to amazing shops and restaurants on 5th Ave., walk a few blocks the other way and you're on the white sand beach! Have met many great friends here and all now meet at this spot every year. The unit has everything you need including washer and dryer and all the beach gear. The courtyard and pool are perfect! Unit has been recently updated and very nice.

Great location

We stayed at this apartment for a week. It was fully furnished with everything you need (lots of kitchen utensils/pots/pans, towels, soap, hangers, etc.). It was a full kitchen with dishwasher. There is a laundry room (more like a closet) in the unit free of charge with laundry detergent. You will have to do lot of loads since it is very tiny though. There is cable on the tvs. The bed is a double/queen so very small if you are used to sleeping in a king. The unit is very small (maybe 600sq. ft) with one full bathroom but you can't beat the location if you are staying for a short time. 5th Avenue is a block away (note that there are avenues and streets so we were looking for this place on 5th ave when we should have been looking for 5th street). It comes with one free reserved parking spot. The private complex pool is right outside your door and is very quiet. Besides the bed and the outdated furniture/décor, this place is great unit to reserve for a week.

Thank you very much for your stay in our condo. I'm glad you felt "this place is great" and would recommend it. I'm very sorry you did not feel it was a 5 star stay. I'm always glad to do what I can to improve things. I would like to point out, however, that the items you had issues with are all clearly listed on my VRBO description and photos. The unit is described as 600 sq. feet with a queen bed. The décor is exactly as pictured in the photos, except I have added two new flat screen TVs and a high end refrigerator in the last year. I hope to have some new pictures up soon. The washer and dryer are full size stack units; they are front load types and easily handle a full set sheets, pillow cases, and few towels. I look forward to having you as guests again.

Fantastic property! Inside furnishings are a bit dated but everything was clean. This apartment had everything we needed, down to the pool noodles and cooler. Would definitely stay again but fortunately I will be moving to Beautiful Naples shortly!

We loved our stay. The unit was clean, well maintained , tastefully decorated and uncluttered. The location was excellent both within the small comfortable complex and in relation to town. We had a great parking place but barely used the car since most of where we wanted to go was within walking distance. It suited us perfectly. Owner was available for questions. We have and will continue to recommend this property to others. We enjoy visiting the Botanical Gardens, the Playhouse, walking around town and, of course, the beach. We have experienced fine dining at CAIO and Bistro 821. Viginia's has a very nice small plate menu for a 'Happy Hour" stop. A morning highlight is coffee and the New York Times at the 5th Avenue Coffee Shop. It also has freshly baked goods and meals.

Didn't know what to expect

Just back from a wonderful stay in this lovely condo. Since I'd never been to Naples before, I did not know where anything was located. Boy was I surprised to see that I was steps from EVERYTHING! Restaurants, shops, the beach, Tin City, boat dock, etc etc. The condo is comfortable and the other renters were so friendly. Hope to do it again next winter!

Fabulous location

My husband and I were at this condo for a week and absolutely loved it! The furnishings are very comfortable and we felt as though we were "home". We especially liked that we could walk to 5th Avenue for the great restaurants and shops, to 3rd street for the restaurants, the City Dock and the beach. There is also a CVS and grocery store within walking distance. All of the restaurants we ate at were great. We especially liked Roma on 5th for pizza, Ciao on 4th and Handsome Harry's on 3rd St. This location cannot be beat. We hope to return again.

Located exactly where I wanted to be in Naples. I purchased the property as my residence before getting married and moving to Atlanta for work. We absolutely love the location and my family tries to visit often. We have repeat renters that have been with us for several years.
