The pool & spa are professionally maintained & cleaned.

Pool depth:
• Center: 5 ft
• Shallow ends: 3.5 ft

• No diving permitted. The Pool is not deep enough for safe diving.
• The pool is close to the house. Children must be closely supervised at all times.
• 2 interior bedrooms leading to the pool have child safety locks

Pool heating available up to 82°F:
• $150/day
• $175/day Nov–Apr

Spa heating:
• $60 for 3 hrs
• $100 for 5 hrs

48-hour notice & prepayment required. The pool & spa cannot heat simultaneously.

FIRE FEATURES

The property features multiple fire features throughout the backyard to create an elevated evening resort atmosphere.

Pool fire bowls & the in-pool fire feature are available for $40/hour & require 2 hours’ notice, as hosts manually ignite them.

Outdoor propane heaters/fire tables are free to use; however, they may require propane refills during your stay.

The covered outdoor pavilion kitchen is designed for entertaining & outdoor dining.

The property may be available for small approved gatherings, wellness retreats, celebrations, photo shoots, or special events with prior authorization only.

Additional day guests beyond the overnight reservation count require advance approval & are subject to additional event/day-pass fees based on guest count, parking, staffing, event type, & property use.

Please inquire before booking so we can discuss your plans & provide a custom quote. Unauthorized parties, events, or unapproved additional guests are strictly prohibited.

The following areas are locked & unavailable to guests:

The garage is not included, though the property offers a large private driveway that can accommodate multiple vehicles.

Hosts are local & available if needed. With self-check-in & the home professionally maintained, in-person interaction is usually unnecessary. Hosts may briefly access exterior areas to ignite fire features upon request.
