Very cosy, rustic timber house "Kakebu", 406 m a.s.l.. 2 km from the centre of Felle, 57 km from the centre of Kragerø, 128 km from the centre of Kristiansand, 500 m from the lake. Private: natural state property 1'700 m2. Terrace (35 m2), parking at the house. Shop 2 km, supermarket 27 km, bus stop "Felle" 2 km, ferry "Langesund" 84 km, lake Togstasjon 25 km. Fishing possibilities 500 m.
"Kakebu", 7-room chalet 80 m2. Cosy furnishings: with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (75 cm, length 200 cm) (120 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Forced-air heating. Upper floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 sleeping facility (1 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). 924531169
