Enjoy all the cuteness of Osterville village, hit the near by beach or just stay in and play air hockey/foosball/ping pong / frolic in the giant fenced in yard, soak in the jacuzzi or relax w the fam and watch a movie in the screening room!

We are new hosts and wants to make your vacation to Cape Cod special!

The house comes w/a bonus attached apartment w/an extra kitchen and little sitting room with a massive tv! We have a ring camera in the front for extra security :)

Well thought out property. Plenty of room. Lovely decor. Outdoor space was comfortable. Downstairs family room with theater and games was great. Host was very responsive to our many questions.

Nice, clean updated home with lots of amenities: beach pass, hot tub, games, fire pit & screening room. Great for passing time during bad weather. Even has a connected inlaw unit. Stocked with basic household supplies. Sara is a gracious responsive host, eager to make your stay enjoyable. Would stay again!

Not only are the hosts of this property lovely and helpful, but their home is gorgeous!!! Conveniently located to so many things, quiet cute neighborhood, and all the amenities you need. We spent time around the cape but also at the house in the hot tub, game room, movie theater, and lounging by the firepit. It was the perfect location for a relaxing and fun weekend away with friends!
