This is my second time staying at River Dune Retreat and it won't be my last. We felt at home in the cottage and love the grounds and the ability to walk to the ocean. We also appreciate the peace, quiet, and privacy. This home is always spotless and comfortable. It has a great kitchen if you feel like cooking but is also close to restaurants and take out places. If you love the outdoors and want to visit the redwoods and the coast, this is the perfect location!

This place was wonderful. It was so clean and comfortable. The views were fantastic. It is off the 101 but feels secluded and quiet. The host has fruit and cookies set out. It was a nice touch. We travel a lot really think this was one of our favorites. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was beautiful. Located next to a main house but still quiet and peaceful. Short drive or 11 minute walk to a small rocky beach or drive into Brookings for more beach options. It was exactly what we wanted and needed.
