Shower has unlimited hot water due to a tankless heater, kitchen on the other hand is on a separate tankless “smaller” on demand heater, so yea if you run the ultra hot water for any time longer than would be needed for dishes. As so far as the road coming up to our place , you are right, in order to get to any type of view there is call for a small sacrifice, in this case the road to get to it. Well worth the 5 minutes it takes to drive 1 mile. 4 stars really? 😂

Hi you two! Glad we met your expectations, thanks for the review it helps us keeping it open, the bottle of wine in the fridge took it right over the top, corked it last night to enjoy with fresh caught fish.
