This beautiful 2+1-bedroom holiday home is located in Ferragudo in a quiet residential area.
The beach and the town centre—with its restaurants, bars, and shops—are just a few minutes’ walk away. Ferragudo is a small fishing village that has managed to preserve its original character. Here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family. Upon request, the neighbouring house can also be rented. The two houses share a beautifully landscaped garden and pool area. The ground floor features the living area with an open-concept kitchen and dining area, as well as a shower room/toilet. On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, a shower room, and an office with a double sofa bed. The house has Wi-Fi and German satellite TV.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-kitchen area with an open fireplace that opens onto the garden with a pool (8 x 3 m), which is shared with the adjacent house. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms furnished with double beds, and a third room that can also be used as a combined bedroom/office and features a sofa bed. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a “hot stone” (electric heater). In the living area, the fireplace and underfloor heating also provide cosy warmth during the fall and winter months. Additionally, the property features:

• Two bathrooms (each with a shower, toilet, underfloor heating, towels, and hair dryer)
• Dishwasher and washing machine, electric stove with oven
• TV (all German channels) and DVD/HDD recorder
• Wi-Fi and a small speaker/amplifier for iPod/iPhone
• the patio with a barbecue and a large awning

The house is designed for a maximum of 4 adults and two children. However, it is possible to rent the neighbouring house (if available) for up to 4 additional adults and two children, so that a group or family of up to 12 people can enjoy a wonderful time together here.
Use of the air conditioning is included in the price, and during the winter months from November through March, electricity is charged at an additional 20 cents per kWh.
