 Arrivals on Saturdays between June and September
 For the period between 20 April and 15 June and from 14 September to 26 October, we give priority to those requests whose arrival and/or departure date are adjacent to the days occupied on the calendar, so that the use of the house has not intervals of 1 or 2 vacant days. Preferably Saturday arrivals, but upon negotiation with owner. To those requests under these conditions we will apply preferencial conditions.
• For each extra person beyond 4 people, amount payable from € 100€ to 350€ per person per week, depending on the time of year and in direct agreement with the owner. We do not distinguish age of guests.
• Pets are welcome and will cost €100 per pet
• In the months of October to March requests are usually for 2 people, so the rates reflect suitability for this market demand. If there are more than 2 people, the rate will be revised depending on the final number of people
• Long Stays (over 1 month) are subject to discounted rate but eletricity and gas are additonally charged based on consumption
