Great location

Very nice unit close to the beach access. Fishing right from the dock into the intracoastal, and the boat watching from the pool was great. Management was very responsive and friendly.

Excellent Location

Clean, peaceful place to stay and enjoy the water views. Short walk to beach. Other occupants very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return to this location.

Great Combo of ICW and Beach

As described and well equipped condo. If you are looking for a low key but well maintained complex with plenty of available space around pool and patio to enjoy this is a great choice. Would stay again when in area.

Spring Trip

This is the second time my daughter and I have stayed in this unit and we would happily stay again. The unit is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, quiet neighborhood a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the busy pier. We especially love the back patio and pool area, great for laying in the sun, swimming in the pool or just hanging out in the evenings watching the boats go by. Easy check in and check out with spot on communication. Highly recommend

Perfect little condo

The condo was exactly as shown. Perfect for 2 ppl. Good proximity to beach and fun to watch the boats going by. Pool was nice and clean. We had an issue with the smoke detector but no biggie. People in the complex were very nice. Kitchen was very well stocked only other item that would have been nice would be a couple of beach chairs but I understand there is limited storage

Room was exactly like the pictures. Bedroom was large, bed was great, kitchen was bigger than we thought. Location on inter coastal was fantastic for boat watching and grilling out. We. Ran out of gas, but they already had a backup tank nearby! That saved our cookout! They need to just remove some old kitchen cleaning tools and an extra shelf over the toilet would do wonders for more countertops in bathroom. Water was always hot for a shower, and ready to go. Anytime we had a code issue or AC issue they jumped on it as soon as possible! They couldn’t have been more responsive to our issues, and all our issues were solved in minutes or the next day for AC! Once the AC got checked on it was great and got things cold quickly!! I plan to come back next year. The whole complex is neat and clean!! I had an ear infection and asked to two more days and they worked with me to stay. I simply couldn’t fly with a totally blocked ear. They earned a 5 rating for everything, especially when we text them. And sometimes it was late 9-11 pm. But two text later all was well. I’m old so. I’m not a rock star for codes and keypads! 👍👍👍👍👍

9 Night Stay

It's a very nice apartment and the pictures are accurate. I would like to note though that Mirko is not the host that I dealt with, he didn't respond to a question that I asked him and I had no interactions with him at all. We dealt with Tatiana who I believe manages the property and she was great. The apartment was very clean. Although we didn't use much of it the kitchens appears to be well stocked with plates, glasses and a good variety of utensils. The other residents were very quiet so it was very relaxing there. Outside the pool looked clean and well maintained. It was great being on the intracoastal although the view isn't as nice as other areas because there is a building on the other side that looks like it might be a boat warehouse or something similar. The a/c worked great although it is near the bedroom and a bit loud. The king sized bed was nice but the mattress needs replacing. There were no beach chairs, umbrella or cooler available for use. The beach is a short walk away but we didn't like it because it is the local kite surfing beach. Yes,they can be fun to watch but the two days that we went there the surfers weren't obeying the rules of only surfing beyond the buoys. Several of them were surfing just yards off of the shoreline and dangerously close to the few people that were swimming. We ended up driving to a different area of Pompano Beach for our other beach days.

A week of relaxation

It was more than we expected! The condo #7 was remodeled delightfully, and was fully stocked to feel like home. You don’t need to eat out, but we are on vacation, but we did put the kitchen to use! The views from the room and the pool are amazing, day and night. Short walk to the beach, which was very private, barely anyone in that area, you have the beach to yourself! Check-in and out was pretty easy, will be even easier the second time, we look forward to coming back! Thanks

Perfect white condo!

Residents were very kind and friendly, even the pets were quiet that they kept. It was incredibly relaxing watching the gorgeous yachts cruise the canal from the beautiful pool, which we always had to ourselves. We only went to the beach once because we actually enjoyed the quietness of the pool more. The condo itself is stunning... everything inside is white. The only problem we had was not being able to check in until the next morning because the agent said she had a busy week and didn’t get my emails/texts/call leading up to the day of our arrival, but she also said that had never happened before and she was very, very kind. It was a much needed vacation and I really didn’t want to stress over it- she remedied it and we had an amazing, relaxing week. Just beautiful!

Spring getaway

My 15 year old daughter and I had a great time during our week stay. The condo was clean and well equipped, just like in the photos. The complex was well kept and quiet and it is nice to have the view of the boats going by on the intercostal waterway. We always felt safe and comfortable. Check in and check out were easy with clear instructions. The short walk to the beach was a major plus. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Views & Very Clean

We had a nice stay here with beautiful views of the Intercostal in a very bright & clean Condo. All the basics were included and all of the other people were very nice. I even caught a few fish off the dock.

Idyllic Get Away

The accommodation was well appointed and provided a beautiful setting right on the intercoastal waterway. Fantastic location - 5 minute walk to beach access and walkable to Pompano Beach Fisher Family Pier which offers several restaurants. Short drive to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Deerfield Beach and numerous shopping sites and eateries on Federal Hwy. Just hanging out at unit great too - enjoy a drink or swim in the pool while watching the boats go by. Couldn’t have been better!

Wonderful stay

The apartment is beautiful just like in the pictures. I loved the intercoastal view. There is grill so we bbq one night. The property is very quiet and within walking distance to the beach. My only suggestion is to buy some beach chairs and make it available for renters. I was there for 8 days and we ended up going to Walmart and buying camping chairs because that's all it was available. (We actually took our chairs with us). We are beach lovers but sitting on a towel is not comfortable.

Pompano at the Best

Great weather during our stay, walk away distance to the Beach and good restaurants around! Perfect combinaison. Welcome place to stay with awesome view on the Canal for a incredable parade of boats & yacths. A lot of images to dream about until our next visit!
