Luxurious Townhome Featuring a Shared Pool and Shuttle

This spacious, luxury townhome is the perfect lodging option for large families. The home is located just a block from the Steamboat Ski area. Guests take pleasure in the stunning views of the Steamboat Ski area through nine-foot windows and from the private deck. Ideal for après-ski entertaining, this professionally-decorated two-level townhome features an expansive living/dining room appointed with fine furnishings, cathedral ceilings, and a river-rock gas log fireplace. There is a fully-equipped, top-quality kitchen with a breakfast bar, a laundry room with a washer and dryer (detergent provided), complimentary WiFi and internet, TVs, a DVD player, a stereo, and a private, one-car garage. The main bedroom features an attached bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has an attached bath. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two sets of bunk beds. There is also a sofabed in the main living area for extra sleeping space. Guests at Evergreens enjoy amenities such as an outdoor heated pool and winter shuttle services to take guests to skiing, shopping, dining, and other activities.

Great stay!

I rented this for a weekend in Steamboat with some friends, and we absolutely loved it! Great location, super close to the base and walkable to lots of restaurants and a branch of our favorite brewery (shout out, Storm Peak)! The condo was very clean and very spacious. Vacasa provides a shuttle as well, which we really appreciated during the weekend. Would recommend!

Nicely furnished with plenty of room for a family 3 adults and 3 children.

This property was furnished very comfortably with a spacious living room which opened up to the dining room and kitchen. The 3 downstairs bedroom were very comfortable as well. The property is within easy walking distance to the base of the ski slopes. I would come back here again.

Beautiful View & Updated Condo

It was very clean and newly remodeled. Very comfortable stay. Beautiful den & kitchen with large windows that look out to the mountains & ski slopes. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The bedrooms were downstairs which was nice and quiet if you want to get away from the group. Definitely stay there again!

Perfect

Our rental exceeded our expectations, as the photos on the listing don’t do it justice as to how nice our place actually was! Very clean upon arrival, kitchen stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment, plenty of space for all of our guests, nice showers each stocked with shampoo conditioner and body wash, plenty of extra towels and bedding. The hot tub was a nice touch and only a 1 minute walk away. The free shuttle to and from the mountain was also super convenient, and was great to use to take downtown for dinner as well. We also had a few people in our group working remotely on this trip, and the wifi worked great with no issues. Highly recommend and would definitely seek out this place again for our future visits!

Great stay!

We visited with 2 families- the location was super convenient to the grocery and the slope- the shuttle service was excellent. The view was amazing- highly recommend!

We had 6 people stay here for a week in March and it was perfect! The location was great because it was a 5-6 min walk to the ski base area or the village. Wild plum next door was great if you needed a bite or some pricey groceries. The place was big enough for everyone and had 3.5 baths which was perfect. The large windows and views were great too. The house had all the kitchen utensils, pots/pans, towels, toiletries, etc.. as well. We would def stay again!

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying in this townhouse. It fit 2 families of 4 very comfortably. It was a little far from the mountain for walking in ski boots, but the shuttle service was great and really easy to use. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and it was very clean. Thank you!

Location with a view

Great location, with an easy walk to steamboat village. There is also nice Mountain View’s out the back of the house. Really accommodating for 6-8 guests. Only downside is some wear on plumbing fixture handles that occasionally fell off. Also would be a great improvement to add a personal hot tub to this house. The community amenities were closed off to renters. Overall a great stay and nice location. Lauren from Vacasa was really great to work with during our stay.
