Lage des Hauses und der Wohnung, der Innenbereich im Haus und Kühlungsborn als Urlaubsort selbst. Leider gibt es auch negatives zu berichten. Der WLan -Empfang ist eine Katastrophe; innerhalb der Woche nur eingeschränkt und am Wochenende gar nicht. Das sollte schnellstens abgeändert werden, bzw. man muss die Kunden vor Urlaubsbeginn darauf aufmerksam machen, damit sie sich um eine andere Empfangsmöglichkeit, z.B ein WLan - Ticket, bemühen.
