The Baltic Sea and the white sandy beach are just 40 metres away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Here you can enjoy the invigorating seaside climate, for example, during long walks or while relaxing in a beach chair. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as charming recreational activities and places to visit <br><br>Amenities<br>This cosy, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave with grill function, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The combined living and dining area features a double sofa bed and a TV. You can listen to the radio via the TV. Both the dining table and the cosy seating area offer plenty of space to enjoy a relaxing breakfast or unwind after an eventful day at the beach. The separate bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (2 x 0.90 x 2.00). The bedroom window overlooks the atrium, the building’s green, covered courtyard. A cot can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. The balcony is accessible from the living/dining area.<br><br>Special Features<br>Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. The holiday complex features coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as bicycle storage in the underground car park.
