USE COASTERS! Most all of the furniture is untreated wood, so there is a $100 fee for each ring left on the furniture. I have coasters EVERYWHERE!
Shoes off please. Because the main rug is white and the backyard is big, I ask guests to take off their shoes if possible.

About the host
Your host
I grew up Arlington and my entire family still lives here. We love helping people navigate the city, so please ask any questions you may have. I have lived all over the world and used to rent out my place in NYC, so I understand the traveler's life.
Why they chose this property
Downtown Arlington is by all the stadiums and is just a gem! There is a university in the heart of downtown, so that means tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and boutique stores all within walking distance of my home. The neighborhood is historically preserved which means you will find front porches on most of the homes in this quaint 6 block area. There's an art deco schoolhouse across the street and within steps there's a gorgeous old mansion with the best food in Arlington. Dallas and Fort Worth are great but truly Arlington has so many wonderful things in downtown, it's quickly rising to be a one-stop destination in Texas.
What makes this property unique
My place is not huge and it's not updated with fancy things, but what it has is miles of charm. Because I used to live in NYC, I got really good at making old and small places feel bright and fun and everyone who walks into this home, loves it. I'm a musician, so the place has an artistic flair. It's also within walking distance to all the stadiums so you don't have to pay for event parking.
