Welcome to the Art your Life – Residenz Seeburg—a unique retreat in the heart of Westerland on Sylt that combines art, design, and modern comfort in a harmonious atmosphere. The residence offers eleven exclusive holiday apartments, all on one level, ranging in size from 35 m² to 101 m² and accommodating 2 to 4 guests. Each apartment is dedicated to a specific artist in collaboration with the renowned Mensing Art Gallery and captivates with its distinctive retro style, complemented by exquisite furnishings from France, Belgium, and England. The apartments exude a warm and inviting atmosphere, welcoming art lovers, couples, and dog owners alike to Apartments 1 through 4.

Located right in the Friedrichstraße pedestrian zone, you’ll enjoy easy access to numerous shops and restaurants, and the beach is just about 150 metres away. After an eventful day, the shared wellness area with a sauna offers a place of relaxation and well-being, while a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer ensures additional comfort.

The central location allows you to conveniently reach the promenade and all major events in Westerland on foot. The Seeburg Residence promises a stay filled with art, design, and relaxation—a truly special experience you won’t soon forget.

Das die Whg. nicht über einen PKW Stellplatz verfügt ist nicht schlimm, da ca. 150m Weiter das Parken kostenlos ist.... Noch....

In der absoluten Hauptsaison wäre es mir aufgrund der feierfreudigen Gäste in der Friedrichstraße evt. zu laut. Die berühmten Kleinigkeiten machen es aus, das beherrscht König 1A! Gerne wieder! Top sauber bei Bezug ☺️
