A solid wood table with comfortable chairs is perfect for shared meals, game nights, or long, relaxed conversations. A small selection of books, games, and even bike maps is also available for your use. The apartment really shows off its special charm during the colder months: that’s when the underfloor heating and the wood-burning stove provide cozy warmth and a comfortable atmosphere. After a walk in the fresh North Sea air, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable here and let the day wind down in relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves little to be desired and is ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking and savoring meals even while on vacation. In addition to a stove, wall-mounted oven, built-in microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher, you’ll find a wide selection of kitchen utensils, dishes, and glasses. A Bosch food processor, baking pans, a waffle maker, a hand mixer, an immersion blender, a drip coffee maker, a milk frother, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, and a toaster are also at your disposal. This way, you can prepare everything from a cozy breakfast to a leisurely dinner exactly as you wish.

The two bedrooms offer you pleasant retreats for restful nights. One bedroom features a solid-wood bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a dresser, and a 40-inch flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is furnished with two solid-wood single beds (90 x 200 cm each), which can be moved closer together if needed. Both bedrooms have dressers, blackout curtains, additional pleated blinds, and insect screens—the perfect conditions for a peaceful and restful night’s sleep.
The spacious bathroom is modern and comfortably equipped. In addition to a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower with a shower stool, you’ll also find a bidet, a washer-dryer, a heated towel rack, and a practical shelf-and-drawer cabinet for your personal belongings.

The entire apartment is equipped with fast 100 Mbit Wi-Fi from Telekom, so you’ll have excellent digital connectivity. There’s also a power outlet in the apartment where you can conveniently charge your e-bikes.

On the beautiful southwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy the healthy North Sea air to the fullest. A beach chair, a seating set, a parasol, and an electric grill invite you to spend relaxing hours outdoors—whether enjoying your morning coffee, sunbathing, or having a cozy barbecue evening.

The location is also a highlight: Perlebucht is just a few minutes’ walk away and is perfect for days at the beach, walks, and relaxing by the water. Particularly wonderful for families is the new, modern playground in the heart of the resort, where young guests can play to their heart’s content.

The apartment comes with a free parking space right next to the building. The private shed is also especially convenient, allowing you to store bicycles or water sports equipment safely and conveniently.
