Claudia was an excellent host! The apartment was very clean, organized, and felt brand new, like it was recently remodeled. The included sauna access was a huge bonus and was amazing, hot, relaxing, and exactly what we needed.We also really appreciated the ski storage and the heated boot storage area. The location is walking distance to the lifts, plus nearby cafes and stores.We would absolutely stay here again next time!

Beautiful Apartment in Great Location

The property was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and had a lovely outdoor space. Everything was within easy reach, including the shops and the mountain lifts. The scenery surrounding Ortesei is truly spectacular with a variety of different trails to suit everyone.

Great location 5 minutes walk from central Ortesi, wonderful accommodation, very comfortable and appointed with exquisite attention to detail in a renovated traditional farm building … still with a cow shed and a cow! Friendly hosts. The sauna was lovely, and we enjoyed the farm-fresh milk and yogurt. Uniquely 10/10 :-)

Great place for summer holidays with the children

A lovely and well equipped apartment and great place to relax. We travelled with three kids (6,4 and 2) and they loved exploring the gardens, feeding the chickens and rabbits. An amazingly convinent location which felt like you were in the countyside yet only 5 mins walk into the centre of town. So much to explore and do with the family, the three main chairlifts were all within walking distance and we enjoyed the three day lift pass as children under 6 were free. Lovely hospitality from both owners talking to the children and letting them watch the milking of the cows.

Heerlijk ruim appartement, mooi ingericht, heel aardige eigenaren. Vlakbij de skibus en op loopafstand van het centrum. De sauna was fantastisch! We gaan zeker terug.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mitten in St. Ulrich und dennoch sehr sehr ruhig. Ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Liebevolle Vermieter, die für jede Frage zur Verfügung standen.Der Kamin wurde auf Wunsch für uns geschichtet und angezündet. Die Sauna wurde mit viel Atmosphäre für uns vorbereitet. Ein Hofladen mit eigenen Produkten. Der Abschied fiel wirklich schwer.

Wir haben als Familie den Aufenthalt in dem Appartement sehr genossen und uns vom ersten Moment an super wohlgefühlt! Alles, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt ist da und die Wohnung ist in einem tollen und sehr sauberen Zustand. Es macht Freude, die Produkte vom Hof selbst zu kaufen und zu genießen. Très bel appartement, au pied d'un site magnifique.

Tout était parfait sauf la communication avec les propriétaires. Contrairement à l'indication de l'annonce, ils ne parlent pas anglais mais allemand et italien. Google traduction nous a aidé mais n'a pas permis des échanges d'informations fluides et agréables, dommage.

Sehr schöne FeWo mit toller Ausstattung in perfekter Lage. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter! Auf dem Hof kann man auch unkompliziert Eier, Milch, Joghurt und Marmelade in Bio-Qualität kaufen. Für uns was top, dass unser Hund erwünscht warAlle Lifte und der Ortskern mit Geschäften sind fussläufig erreichbar, ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen ist 200 m die Strasse runter.Unsere Weiterempfehlung: 100%! Wir sind rundum zufrieden. :) Es war ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattes Apartment! Die Sauna abends war auch sehr schön und liebevolle hergerichtet inkl. Bademänteln und Schlappen. Auch die Möglichkeit bei unseren Gastgebern frische Milch, Eier, Joghurt und Marmelade aus eigener Herstellung zu erwerben war toll und sehr lecker!
