The following are available for use: sunbathing lawn, children’s playground, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, fire pit and yard. A major advantage of this romantic farmhouse is the heated stone barn with original vaulted ceiling, where you will find a bar with tap and beer cooler, stylish seating, a high-quality kitchenette (dishwasher, cooker with oven, extractor hood, fridges and freezers for large events), table football and a functioning CD jukebox. Above the barn there is a multipurpose hall for practising yoga or indoor sports and a playroom for children (seating set, floorball goals, futsal equipment, etc.).
