1. One parking pass is included per reservation.
2. Upon arrival:
*Park in the main parking lot or overflow parking area across the street.
*Enter through the lobby.
*Let the lobby attendant know you are checking into Unit 1105.
*Provide:
*Guest names
*Vehicle information
*The lobby attendant will issue your parking pass, which is required by the City of Myrtle Beach.
3. Please display the parking pass at all times while parked on property.
4. Additional vehicles must park elsewhere and follow local parking regulations.

*Beach access is located directly behind the building.
*Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through the City of Myrtle Beach beginning around $50/day. For longer stays, many guests prefer purchasing chairs and umbrellas from nearby beach stores or gift shops.
Beach Umbrella Rules :
*From Memorial Day through Labor Day, the City of Myrtle Beach allows only traditional circular umbrellas with a center pole no larger than 7.5 feet in diameter.
*Canopies, tents, and sports umbrellas are prohibited during this period.

Trash Disposal
Trash receptacles are located in the hallway corridor near the lobby elevators.
Trash is collected daily.
Additional trash bags are located under the kitchen sink.

The washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet.

*Please be respectful of neighboring guests and residents.

*Per HOA regulations, pets are not permitted.
*Service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines. Please notify us before arrival so building staff can be informed.
*Guests are responsible for cleaning up after service animals and for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Occupancy
*The condo comfortably accommodates 4 guests.
*A maximum of 5 guests is permitted only with prior approval for families traveling with a small child in a pack-and-play.
*All guests must be included on the reservation.

*The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and remain present throughout the reservation.

*The HOA performs routine pest control inspections once per month, typically on the second Tuesday. If this occurs during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Access to the unit is required for inspection.
