This beachfront condo is on a 14th FLOOR! View the ocean from the private balcony, Located in the North Tower at Sea Watch Resort in Myrtle Beach, this suite sleeps up to 6 people. It has modern cabinets, a full-sized refrigerator, and granite countertops. Close to House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, and Tanger Outlets, there are many pools at this resort and has direct access to the beach from the resort. Come see why we love this suite!

This newly remodeled unit is decked out with all the modern conveniences: Four burner solid surface cook-top, a full-sized refrigerator, and modern faucets. Granite Countertops align the kitchen area. Welcome to your home away from home with a large balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Our one-bedroom direct oceanfront condo on the 14 floor sleeps up to 6 and has one bedroom (with a large KING BED), one private bathroom, and a separate living area (with a murphy bed and sleeper sofa). The remodeled kitchen has everything including new cabinets, granite countertops, and a full-sized stove. The kitchen is also stocked with any items you might need for your stay including pots, pans, glasses, utensils, cheese grater, cutting board, can opener, knives, coffee maker, veggie peeler. The kitchen is open to the living area which includes a dining table with 4 chairs.

From the living area, you can walk out to the HUGE balcony and view the ocean. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air in the mornings! The bedroom has two beds and includes bedding and pillows. The bath has a large sink and a large garden tub.

We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away!

Please treat yourself to everything that our condo and Sea Watch Resort have to offer, you won't regret it!

*Ongoing Beach Access Deck Project*
This project will be February 7th 2025 with an estimated completion date of March 28th 2025.

The North Tower outdoor pool plaster project is scheduled to begin 2nd week of February. This pool will have the coping, tile band and plaster replaced. Estimated completion date is March 8th.

The North Tower indoor pool & spa remain enclosed & open for the remainder of the winter season.
NOTE: No motorcycles are allowed on resort property from May 1st to August 31st
NOTE: Please note that only the indoor pool is heated; the Lazy River is outside the glass enclosures and is not heated.
HOA Sea watch Pool Heater Schedule:

Spring 2026:
April 15th: Heaters turned on
June 1st: Heaters turned off
South Tower 1 Outdoor Pool: turned off June 15
Pool Enclosures Removed: Thursday, May 1st & Friday, May 2nd

Fall/Winter 2025-2026:
October 1: Heaters turn on
December 1: Heaters turn off
Note: Villa I Pool does not have a heater
Pool Enclosures Installed: Week of November 10
North & South Tower pools remain heated through winter.

All spas are operational April 15th thru November 15th. During the off season, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the North Tower pool deck, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the South Tower pool deck and both outdoor spas at Villas I & II are operational. Both North & South Tower indoor spas are open year-round.

Note:
Ice machines and Pool Deck water supplies are temporarily closed

They are currently also painting the exterior walls of the parking garage.

Place was great all around. The documents prior to date of stay seemed sketchy (emails kept coming from different peoples names and not the rental company name. I was hesitant sending in my information. Place was a lot smaller than pictures for the price paid, but we made it work. Description says sleeps 6, there were 3 of us and it was tight. So you would think it was bigger.

Awsome Time

The condo was perfect for our beach trip. The unit was clean,nicely decorated ,and was big enough for the three of us. Views from the balcony were awsome. The resort had all the ammenities you would want for a beach getaway Julie and her staff were very attentive to make sure things were as they should be. I totally enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Myrtle beach, this is it! This property is updated and so clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed! The bed was so comfortable and the view was so amazing! Everything about this property is amazing and they offer packages for birthdays and anniversary (cake and champagne) which I thought was so cute. The perfect place for my fiancé and I who were visiting for a baseball tournament. The resort itself was very peaceful and the people were so nice! Parking was a breeze also, room was equipped with parking passes too! Check in was very easy and host communication was on point even through having bad service from hurricane ian! Overall if I can give this property more stars, I would! We had a great experience here and we are looking forward to coming back to Myrtle beach!

Excellent location

The property was very nicely decorated and updated as well as clean. Check in was easy, they emailed a code, so we went directly to the room, no check in desk required. The bedroom had a comfortable King bed. There is a sleeper sofa and Murphy bed in the living room, but we did not open those. Both TVs worked well and I appreciated they left a channel listing in the room. The balcony furniture was a step up from the typical, and from what I could see on balconies across from us. It was very nice and seemed new. We did not use pools, but there are several and hot tubs as well. There was a pool bar, not sure the hours. We had a full kitchen, also did not use on this trip. Cleaning supplies were there. View of the ocean from balcony is great! The rates for this trip were good, cleaning fee seems a little high, but that is typical I think, I do factor the fees when I am reserving anywhere. VRBO fees are also added. If I am satisfied with the total costs, I reserve, and this was a good price for us. If the fees run costs up too much, I look elsewhere. We would stay here again! Good location as well close to restaurants and outlets, other shopping. Parking is free which is also a plus these days!

Very disappointed

While the condo was very cute and tastefully decorated, it was dirty and unkempt. It was advertised as being well stocked. I have never stayed in a VRBO where the owner did not supply things to get you started like a couple of dishwasher detergent pods, a roll of paper towels, a small container of dish detergent! We had nothing! I also made the reservation for 4 people. We only had towel sets for 2, we thought. I contacted Julie multiple times about this and never got a response. We finally searched around and found extras stuffed up underneath the bathroom sink. All of this after having to contact Julie for the code to get in. She still had not sent it to me when we arrived at the property. As we approached the unit, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. We could smell it inside and when we tried to enjoy the balcony, we were again met with the overwhelming smell of marijuana. The guests in the condo next door continued to smoke both marijuana and regular cigarettes for the majority of our stay. It was our understanding that this was a nonsmoking property. We will definitely NOT rent any property from Julie or Big Fish Rentals again and we will share our experience with others.

Awesome location with beautiful views. My family & I enjoyed the pools and the lazy river. The room was nice and clean for our arrival. Very comfortable for all of us. Would definitely book again. Check in check out process was very simple. A for communication.

Just ok.

The condo was nice. Clean. In a good location, close to shopping, restaurants. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Nicely stocked kitchen with most everything you would need to make meals- which was nice. Our only issues- listing said pools were open, which they were not. So we had to go to the South Tower to swim. Not the worst thing. Also, the master bed had a broken lamp and cheap sheets on the bed that did not fit. Only 2 pillows and 1 blanket. Asked management twice for more pillows and sheets that fit. They replied back asking for pictures- which was odd but ok. I sent pictures but never received more pillows or sheets that fit. We were there for 5 nights- more than enough time to get what we asked for. Over all- nice place but underwhelming. Won’t stay again.

Beach paradise

Property was exactly as described. Very clean, gorgeous views, plenty of parking, quick & easy to access elevators, & security monitored. Our room was perfect for the 2 of us. Dresser drawers were clean & there were several hangars to use. There is a spot where we could put our suitcases to get them out of the way & plenty of space to put our beach gear too. Bathroom medicine cabinet was perfect to store our stuff & plenty of towels for our use. We had an extended stay but still had enough towels. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes. When we get a few days to ourselves, we head down to Myrtle Beach to relax and enjoy.
