Located on the first floor of a well-maintained house at Polderweg 35 and featuring 50 m² of living space, the accommodations are ideal for couples, families, and small groups of up to four people. The non-smoking apartment impresses with a carefully balanced combination of functionality and coziness and offers numerous amenities to make your stay enjoyable.

The heart of the apartment is the open-concept living and dining area, which features a bright, cozy atmosphere. The sofa invites you to relax, while the adjacent dining area with a dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals. For entertainment and information, two televisions and a reliable Wi-Fi connection are available.

The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a wide range of kitchen accessories. You’ll find a modern 4-burner stove, an oven, and a refrigerator with an integrated freezer. Meal preparation is made easier by a dishwasher, various coffee makers (Senseo, Tassimo, and filter), a kettle, a toaster, a blender, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils and dishes.

A special highlight is the partially covered, enclosed south-facing balcony. Furnished with patio furniture and an awning, it offers a sheltered outdoor retreat. All windows in the accommodation are fitted with privacy screens, ensuring ample privacy.

Sleeping accommodations are spread across two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (200 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm) and either a closet or a dresser. The bathroom stands out for its functionality: A shower with a bathtub (combined use) offers comfort to suit different preferences. You’ll also find a hair dryer, sink, toilet, and ample counter space.

Another plus for families is the provision of a high chair and a crib. Babies and children are warmly welcome. For longer stays or everyday use, the accommodation also offers convenient access to a washer and dryer, which are available for your personal use in one of the two bedrooms.
