About this property

Beautiful 2-bedroom townhome on golf course in Mesa

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our condo is situated on the Painted Mountain Golf Resort on the east side of Mesa, Arizona. We are less than 20 minutes away from Sloan Park, where the Chicago Cubs play for Spring Training.

We are not too far from the Salt River and Saguaro Lake Reservoir. If you want to relax in our neighborhood, there is a heated pool and a hot tub. The condo is one-story so you don't need to worry about stairs. Contact me with any questions!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Lock the exterior door by holding down any button on the key pad.
Please turn thermostat to 85 if it's summer when you leave. Turn thermostat to 65 if it's winter when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Fireplace is not for guest use. Please no candles or any fire in the house. The only exception is birthday candles.
If your stay is over 1 week, please take the trash barrels to the street. Black barrel out Mon night, in Tues night. Blue can out Thurs night, in Fri.
If stay is over 2 weeks we expect cleaning to be done to maintain the overall appearance. Trash out, clean toilets, wipe surfaces, dishes done.
