code lock
The six-digit code is not only used to open the Smartlock. You also use your individual number to lock the smart lock. The close command on the back button, which can be recognized by an arrow.

Additional Rules
Visitors must be registered in advance. Additional charges apply for day stays. There is an additional charge of €15 per visitor for an overnight stay.


Smoking is prohibited throughout the house. This also applies to the common hallway, bathroom window and kitchen window. Smoking is only permitted in front of the house, ash and cigarette butts belong in the ashtray.

Night rest from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Please be considerate of other residents, especially when checking in late.

The train takes you to Bielefeld City in 15 minutes. In the other direction it goes to Paderborn. Café, bakery, pizzeria, bank machine, pharmacy are within a radius of 100 meters. Shops such as Aldi, Edeka, Netto can be reached by car in 3 minutes or 15 - 20 minutes on foot.
