Sleeping arrangements accommodate everyone: two rooms with twin beds, one queen, and one king, plus a living room futon for extra guests. Four bathrooms mean privacy is never in short supply.

When it’s time to gather, you’ll have plenty of room to do it. A living room, expansive great room, and two spacious outdoor decks give everyone space to spread out. The lower deck is made for entertaining, with ample seating and a 70” flat screen. Heating and AC keep things comfortable year-round.

Great house for our family. Everything was clean, nice & well cared for. We really enjoyed it. Great location, nice views. We loved the park behind the house. It made for good privacy and a quiet location.The driveway was narrow and steep, but other than that it was amazing!

This is a beautiful, clean home in a lovely neighborhood with fabulous views, great Del Mar location, the beach and good food within walking distance, kind and responsive host. We all loved it and didn’t want to leave. Hoping to stay again!

This was better than I expected. This was a nice quiet neighborhood with wonderful styled homes. Our place was a 3 story ocean view home. The host had a special greeting for us which was a small basket of goodies to say welcome. This made us feel right at home. We had a full kitchen ,nice bathrooms, nice bedrooms and plenty of space to relax. We will be back.

Patty's house was great! Very clean and spacious. It was a perfect spot for our family for a wedding weekend.Of note in the kitchen: Coffee pot is a regular one with filters. There are no staples in the house except for a salt and pepper shaker, so be sure to pick those up if you need them.

Beautiful views, spacious home, close to many attractions. My family and I loved our stay even during a busy comic con weekend. Easy to find and check in. Would love to come again!Mosquitos were an issue but that’s because of the summer and humidity. Nothing against the property but bring bug spray

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. Sorry that your stay coincided with the unusual presence of mosquitos. We hope you visit again…we have stocked the residence with bug spray. Thank you for the suggestion. Here’s an update from the county: Recent abnormally high tides have flooded more areas (possibly washing out prior treatments), and warm humid weather is speeding up their development. Penasquitos Lagoon is protected habitat with restricted access, so Vector Control is working to get clearance this week to treat the flooded areas. They also have aerial (helicopter) treatment scheduled for next week, with foot treatment following a few days after. We should see improvement over the next month.

Our family had an amazing stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. The host responds quickly and check in was smooth. We could easily access our favorite places in San Diego - 20 min or less to our favorite beaches and shopping spots.
