Sleek and Chic by the Beach

A rare find! This property is walking distance to the beach, with a private pool and spa, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, and a spacious outdoor dining area combined with an open living room are perfect for entertaining and day-to-day living. The main living area is equipped with a newly renovated kitchen with a large center island and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances.

With spectacular white water ocean views, this home includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and soaring open-beam ceilings. A movie room can be converted to a 4th bedroom to house extra guests. After enjoying the secluded backyard with a pool and hot tub, you can enjoy a drink on the deck overlooking the beach.

If you have energy after the beach, you are walking distance to the vibrant Cedros Design distract, with amazing restaurants, the world famous live music venue the Belly Up, and a unique shopping experience. During racing season, you can walk across the street to bet on the ponies at the famous Del Mar Race Track! This home provides everything you could possibly need for the perfect getaway, whether you want to relax by the pool, walk to the beach or explore the lovely town of Solana Beach.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am every day and night. After 10 pm, noise needs to be under 40dB, which is library quiet. This means that we do not permit any congregating outside (even in the hot tub) after 10 pm. You will be fined $1000 if we receive a citation from our city or if the police are called

There is a daily fee to heat the pool of $250. If guests want to heat for multiple days we can arrange a discounted rate.

We love animals and they are always welcome. Please note we do require a none refundable pet deposit of $500 for 1st pet and $200 for each additional. We kindly ask that animals are not allowed on any of our furniture.

We have eero boxes throughout the property, offering an advanced WIFI service for our guests to enjoy.
GUESTS ACCEPT THAT THERE IS AN UN-FENCED POOL ON PROPERTY AND OWNER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY.

Pool heating fee of $250 per day. If guests want to heat for multiple days we can arrange a discounted rate.

Pet fee of $500 for 1st pet, any additional pets are $200 each

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE

QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM – 9AM EVERY DAY/NIGHT. AFTER 10PM, NOISE NEEDS TO BE UNDER 40 dB, which is library quiet.

You will be fined $1,000 if we receive a citation from our city or if the
cops are called.

This is a great property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and the pool area was great. The grandkids enjoyed the spa and the pool, as did all of the adults. We loved being able to walk to the dog beach with our dog. She had a blast playing in the ocean.We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved promptly. The communication with the property manager was great.We hope to return again!

(Stay with Caution) Beautiful Property with Lots of Space

I didn't intend to leave a review like this, especially since my family genuinely enjoyed the property and considered renting it again later this summer. However, I strongly urge future guests to thoroughly inspect the home upon arrival and immediately report (with photos) any pre-existing damages or issues.We rented this property for a family gathering celebrating an engagement, and while the stay itself was lovely, issues arose after checkout. The property manager initially reached out regarding a broken shower door, which we had explicitly been informed was already damaged and not to use. Then, the morning of check out, it was suggested we broke the same shower door that was previously broken. Shortly after, we received another message claiming we'd broken the outdoor faucet—another item we hadn't used at all, given the rainy weather during our visit.Unfortunately, these incidents feel like attempts by management to attribute existing maintenance issues to renters in order to pass along repair costs. Please exercise caution and document everything carefully if you decide to book this property.

beautiful home/ great location

My family and I stayed at Sleek and Chic by the Beach for 4 evenings. The stay was wonderful! Valerie the property manager was attentive and so kind! The indoor and outdoor kitchen was fabulous! We were in town for my dad's 93rd surprise bday and we hosted the family at the house for a birthday dinner. Everyone love the home. Can't wait to return!

Nice location; less than ideal guest service.

The property itself was fine, with close proximity to the race track, the beach and the Belly Up Tavern. We were greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers & a nice red wine on the dining table. The owner however tried to get us to purchase new bedding to replace damage prior guests had done which was extremely disappointing.

We loved our stay at this home! From the welcoming text to the easy departing instructions, we had a wondering time being hosted by this rental. The house is exactly as shared if not better and the location makes it so central to lots of activities. We will definitely be back :)

Perfect getaway

My multi-generational family and I had a truly fantastic vacation at this luxurious Solana Beach home. The salt water private pool was a pure joy. Such a treat to take a dip and play in the pool everyday. There are plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, pool toys and towels. The home was clean and solidly built/quiet to move around without disturbing others. The main floor has the large great room including the dining area, living room and modern kitchen (fully stocked, convection oven, gas range, large fridge/freezers). There is a balcony off the main level where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening drinks with a view of the ocean. The master bedroom is off the great room on the main level and has a king bed and large rain forest shower and access to the pool area. You can also access the pool off the great room and from the lower level bedrooms and media room. The neighborhood is quiet and private, perfect for low key chilling by the pool. We also were able to walk to the beach and to Del Mar Race track. Such a convenient location and very special vacation. Thank you and we hope to return in the future.

Great location and gorgeous place

As advertised, a great place. Spacious for our fam of 5. Kids had a great time in the pool, easy walk to the beach. The kids had endless pool toys, beach toys, chairs. We didn’t have to bring anything. We would book again!!

Great location

Great location to walk to the beach or jump on the 5 to go multiple attractions. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to enjoy our stay. Communication with the owner/host was excellent!

Please read before booking

Right now you're sifting through dozens of properties. The one thing you cannot see from this listing alone is the absolutely incredible property management this home comes with. I had text message access to them 24/7 and they responded with a real person who really cared incredibly quickly. Our stay was saved during the insane Southwest Airline breakdown of 2022 by their thoughtfulness and attentiveness. They even gave my children a gift for xmas. The house was just as it looks here - and felt wonderful in person. The master bed was actually comfortable, and not a single neighbor's window looked into the house or backyard (very clever architect!!). Enjoy one of my new favorite places in the word.

A great spot to spend a few days by the beach

We loved our few days at Solana Beach at the end of a West Coast adventure. The property was great, everything was available and the property manager was very responsive. We would love to stay here again one day.
