Beautiful, cosy apartment block "Coto Real II", built in 2000. 2 km from the centre of Puente Romano, 5 km from the centre of Puerto Banus, 6 m from the centre of Marbella, in the district Golden Mile, 2.3 km from the sea, 2.3 km from the beach. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Carport. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 8 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop "Cruce Istan" 2.1 km, sandy beach 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km. Nearby attractions: Manolo Santana Tennis &Padel Raquet Club 2.3 km, Casablanca Beach 2.5 km, La Cala Golf 35 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. 24hr guard. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
