The first-floor apartment (accessible by lift) captivates with its direct view of the endless expanse of the North Sea. Let yourself be enchanted by the breathtaking panorama and enjoy the peace and serenity that the sea radiates.
The apartment has recently been completely modernised and furnished to a high standard. It features a living room and bedroom equipped with a comfortable pull-out couch. With a width of 1.40 metres, the couch offers plenty of space for relaxing evenings or a restful night’s sleep.

A special highlight is the beach chair included with the apartment, located on the Kaiserwiese—right by the sea. Here, during the season (approx. April 1–October 28), you can relax and enjoy the sound of the waves. Please note that the beach chair is not available for use during the off-season.

Uns gefällt immer wieder die Lage des Appartement. So ein schöner Ausblick auf das Meer ist schon einmalig. Besonders nutzen wir den dazugehörigen Strandkorb täglich. Er ist sehr wichtig für uns. Wir hoffen es bleibt noch lange alles so. Kommen mindestens einmal bis zweimal im Jahr super gerne nach Norderney. Wir sind schon mehrfach in dieser Unterkunft. Nach der Renovierung ist es besonders gut, dass die Dusche fast Ebenerdig ist. Ansonsten hat sich bis auf ein paar neue Möbel nichts geändert. Leider ist auch der Spiegel im Schlafzimmer der Renovierung zum Opfer gefallen. Es wäre sehr schön den einen großen Spiegel und eine neue große Uhr im Schlafzimmer anzubringen. Wir sind im September schon wieder für 14 Tage da. LG Fa. Dr. Ludwig Krummel Paar

Sehr schöne moderne und geschmackvolle Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer aus beiden Zimmern. Alle das Leben erleichternde Dinge sind da (Spülmaschine, Fön, Waschmaschine, Trockenleine) und die Küchenausstattung erlaubt Kochen aller Art. Schöner Strandkorb ist inklusive. Die Müllentsorgung sollte bitte beschrieben werden, da sie nicht ausgeschildert ist und man doch in die Wohnbereiche von Dauermietern eindringen muss. 2
