Welcome to this recently renovated 3 bedroom house located in the Ashtabula Harbor.
It is in walking distance to The Historical Bridge street (About 3/8 of a mile) where all the wonderful shops and restaurants are. This spacious 3 bedroom house has all new beds and bedding, brand new appliances and a good size main bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a nice quaint bathroom with shower. The living room features reclining couches and a 65 inch smart tv. All bedrooms have smart TV’s with Roku. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a third bedroom and laundry are located in the partially finished basement. It has a front sunroom, a back patio and a fire pit. There is room in the driveway for a few cars or a truck and a boat.

The house was clean and recently remolded. It was conveniently located close to downtown and Lake Erie. I think it should state that the one bedroom is in the basement and you have to be careful going down the steps. We had a wonderful time exploring the area. We would stay in this house again.

We loved this newly renovated cottage for our girls weekend! The location is so convenient, and everything was great. A few things to note: the third bedroom is a finished room in the partially finished basement and there’s no bathroom down there. The en suite shower is about the size of a camper shower but it is very clean! The primary bed is VERY FIRM!! The area around Ashtabula is chock full of fun, so we need to book it again for 4 days instead of 2 to give us time to enjoy the great kitchen and backyard!! We especially enjoyed Walnut Beach, the shops and tavern in Ash Harbor, and Ohio winery country. And be sure to save some calories for Frosty Harbor!!

Recently renovated, very clean and in a nice location. Very close to a great lakefront park with a nice beach and short drive to the harbor/marina. Kevin made check-in a breeze and was fast with communication. This will be my Ashtabula go to when I want to go back.
