Our annual biking trip was fantastic in GOTL. We loved this property. It was spacious and impeccably clean. The beds were comfy. The living space was perfect for big group meals and game nights. The outdoor space was pleasant. The bathrooms were wonderful! We spent 4 days biking and sight-seeing around the area. Plenty to do and see especially with the Western Reserve Greenway just minutes from the house by car.

We enjoyed the space @this rental. We were all able to spread out & and enjoy the amazing amount of space. The main kitchen/dining/living room area was a great space to enjoy games, movies, & eating together.

A beautiful,clean, comfy home! Had a girls weekend away tourng wineries nearby celebrating my daughters bachelorette party that occurred at another vrbo 2 miles away. Perfect home to have quiet time and relax from the bachelorette party festivities! Comfy beds, great kitchen and open concept which made for a wonderful time!

What an absolutely wonderful stay! This beautifully renovated church in Ashtabula is truly something special. The owners have done an incredible job transforming this unique property into a gorgeous, modern, comfortable space while still preserving the character that makes it so memorable.The entire property was immaculately clean, beautifully updated, and incredibly spacious. We had an abundance of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy our time together—it was exactly what we needed.What really sets this property apart, though, is the thoughtfulness of the owners. Communication was exceptional from beginning to end—responsive, welcoming, and helpful. They have also anticipated so many of the little things travelers might need and thoughtfully provided them throughout the property. Those touches made everything easier and made us feel genuinely cared for as guests.It’s rare to find a property that combines such a unique setting, beautiful accommodations, exceptional cleanliness, abundant space, thoughtful amenities, and wonderful hosts.Our stay was truly lovely, and we would return without hesitation. An easy five stars and one of those special places you’re genuinely happy you found. Highly recommend!

The property is BEAUTIFUL.. well stocked and VERY CLEAN... space for a family or 10. ... it was quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Felt safe. It was just a fun stay. We will stay here when we come back.

Amazing cozy and modern stay!

My family and friends absolutely loved this rental! The beds were so comfy, the Bluetooth vent speakers in the bathrooms were amazing, and we loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms! Plenty of places to hangout and enjoy the space! Will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the host for answering all my questions

Swim Districts at Spire

Very clean and spacious property. It was perfect for our long weekend at a swim competition at Spire! The bathrooms are beautiful.

This was the most unique house we have ever rented and we will talk about it for years. We were in town for a family funeral and even brought other family over to share the charm with them, they loved it as well! Something very special for us was when we realized our loved one was to be buried in the cemetery we could see from the house.

Great family vacation

We were a little concerned about the neighborhood initially, but it was convenient to much of what we wanted to do and it was the perfect size property for our family. Although we may never make it back to Ashtabula, we would stay here again if we did.
