Beech Mountain High is a spacious five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath retreat sitting at the very peak of Beech Mountain. The home features a warm and welcoming living area ideal for gathering the whole group, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered deck with spectacular long-range mountain views. Unwind in the hot tub, fire up the gas grill, and enjoy the kind of mountain evenings you will remember for years. With five generous bedrooms and three and a half baths, there is plenty of room for families and groups to spread out in comfort. Just five minutes to Beech Mountain Ski Resort for skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and ice skating in winter — and hiking, mountain biking, and chairlift rides all summer long.



Beech Mountain Club Access



Guests may apply for a temporary membership transfer to the Beech Mountain Club (BMC) for the duration of their stay. Transfers are managed directly by BMC and subject to club policies. Applications must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the desired start date and are limited to two per month on a first-come, first-served basis. A transfer fee starting at $300 applies, paid directly to BMC. Memberships begin at the Social level, with upgrades available for an additional fee. Visit the BMC website or contact them directly for full details.

AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended during winter months when adverse weather conditions are present. There is an exterior camera on the driveway used for owner package tracking and wildlife monitoring.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Throw trash away: Please throw all trash into the available bins and secure the lids.
Turn things off: Winter, turn thermostat down to 60 degrees. (Do NOT turn off the heat or the hot tub!) Summer, turn thermostat up to 80 degrees.
Lock up: Make sure to lock all windows and doors when leaving, and ensure the hot tub cover is on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Non-smoking property. Guests must be 25+ to book and agree to our Terms and Conditions provided upon booking or request.
Self check-in via door code or lockbox. Guest handles own transportation. 4WD and chains strongly recommended during winter.
Property Care: If trash exceeds outdoor trashcan capacity, guests are responsible for taking excess to the nearest county convenience center.
