The holiday house is situated in the little village Modrusani near Zminj in the heart of Istrian peninsula. Somewhere halfway, Žminj certainly found its place under the sun. Green, healthy and sustainable tourism is characteristic of this culturally and gastronomically imposing municipality. There you have one bedroom with en suite bathroom and a big bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary fitment. From a living room is a beautiful view with a large window of the garden and pool illuminated by the sun's rays.
