The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Remove all bed linens (except bedspread, leave this in the room). Place then in the laundry room. Remove all towels, washclothes, dish rags etc and place them in the laundry room
Take ALL Trash to Ebenezer Recycling Center located 1089 State Rd. West Union, SC. The Recycling Center is open 7 am-7 pm on Mon, Tues, Thurs,- Sat. Closed on Wed & Sun. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE!
Return all furniture to its original place. Remove all food and drink from refrigerator and freezer. Be sure all thermostats are set to scheduled settings. Lock all doors upon leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours must be observed between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am
Any fish that are caught, please do not clean in the home or on the front drive of the home. There is water provided on the dock for cleaning of fish
Do Not block the driveway by parking vehicles or otherwise.
