Escape to The Sinclair House, a spacious 5-bedroom, 3 full bathroom, 2 half bathroom lakefront retreat nestled along the peaceful shores of Lake Sinclair in Milledgeville, Georgia. Comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests, this thoughtfully designed home is the perfect setting for relaxing lake days, unforgettable family vacations, and cherished gatherings that become annual traditions.



The Sinclair House was thoughtfully designed for families and friends who want more than a

place to stay. It is a place where generations can come together comfortably, with plenty of room

to gather, play, celebrate, and relax.



The property is designed for real lake living, not just looking at the water. Walk down to your

private dock and boathouse, enjoy quiet mornings by the lake, spend the day boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking, or paddleboarding, then return for sunset dinners, hot tub evenings, and conversations around the fire.



Inside, the home is bright, comfortable, and spacious, offering multiple gathering areas so

everyone can spend time together while still having room to spread out and unwind.



Cook family meals in the fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, gather around the

By Car: Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace. Having a car makes it easy to visit the many shopping centers, restaurants, and other points of interest in the area.

- No pets allowed.

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- For the security of our guests and property, 4 exterior Ring cameras are installed — two cameras are on the northeast corner (above the garage of the main house), one facing the front door and one facing the driveway, one on the northwest eave facing toward the boathouse, and one on the carriage house facing toward the driveway. No interior cameras are present.

- Parking is available for 6 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed.

- We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.

- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
