The flat is nestled in the magical and romantic world of the Bad Reichenhall Alps on the border to Austria near the festival city of Salzburg. You live above the roofs of the famous spa Bad Reichenhall on the way to the wildly romantic Berchtesgaden.

In a unique mountain world, an extremely cosy terrace flat with an unobstructed view of the mountains welcomes you. The Alpenliebe holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a beautiful and well-kept apartment building in Alpine style. Here you can enjoy the peace and exclusivity of the location and at the same time have an optimal starting point for mountain, hiking and city tours.

The living and sleeping area is bright and friendly, with a reference to the location in the Alps and at the same time modern for today's demands. The four-poster bed with its spring mattress and maco-satin bed linen is particularly enchanting and will make you sleep like God in France. An additional chilling option is the white day couch, which can also be used for sleeping. At the round, cosy dining table with garden and mountain view, you can enjoy your meals, which you prepare in a relaxed way in the small but fine kitchen. The kitchen with window is fully equipped and should also appeal to gourmets. Of course, a strong WLAN (100 k) and a new, large TV are at your disposal.

Another highlight is the modern, new shower room with sliding door. The floor-to-ceiling, extra-large shower can also be used by two people. The ceiling spots and the indirectly illuminated, large round mirror allow you to vary the brightness for different occasions. In the tiled hallway you will find a large wardrobe, a coat rack and a large mirror.

On the large south-facing terrace you can enjoy a private view over the large garden to the mountains of the Reichenhall Alps.

If you are arriving by car, an outdoor parking space is available free of charge.

The location of the flat is fantastic, whether you want to go hiking in the mountains in front of the house, enjoy a wellness holiday (Therme Bad Reichenhall, Therme Berchtesgaden, various mountain lakes, such as the Thumsee, the Königsee) or discover the Alpine towns of Salzburg-Bad Reichenhall-Berchtesgaden - the starting point is optimal and well connected by bus and train. From the Alpenliebe holiday flat, you can walk to an Edeka market, bakeries and various inns and restaurants. You can also take the bus to the neighbouring Bad Reichenhall and Berchtesgaden. The train also stops in Bayerisch Gmain and takes you to Rosenheim/Munich or Salzburg.

Your hostess grew up in the Reichenhall Alps and still has a great love for this beautiful region, which is a place of power par excellence.
