Cozy studio apartment for 1 to 2 people with a kitchenette, 22 m²

Welcome to Bayerisch Gmain! The house is surrounded by extensive hiking and biking trails. Not far away is the “Haus des Gastes,” where some events take place. The bus stop and train station are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Our beautiful, newly renovated 22-square-meter apartment is located on the upper floor. It is comfortably furnished. Our small kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, a small sink, a hob, dishes, a coffee maker, and a kettle. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Reichenhall Mountains. We look forward to your visit.
You can reach the Alpine town of Bad Reichenhall in just a few minutes on foot, by city bus (which is available free of charge), or by car. Other great destinations, such as Berchtesgaden or Salzburg, are only about a 30-minute drive away.
You’re warmly welcome to spend a wonderful holiday with us. We look forward to seeing you!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr, einkaufen und ein paar nette und gute Restaurants sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Checkin wie beschrieben, über einen Schlüsseltresor ist nicht möglich da es diesen einfach nicht gibt. Die Vermieterin muss selber anwesend sein. Dieses hat bei uns nicht geklappt! Wir standen vor verschlossener Tür. Eine Kommunikation, Einweisung etc. war auf das minimalste beschränkt. Wir waren dankbar, dass wir unsere Fahrräder in der Garage der Vermieterin unterstellen durften. Es wäre nur toll gewesen, wenn der Zugang zur Garage nicht mit Blumentöpfen verstellt gewesen wäre.Alles in Allem waren wir zufrieden und konnten unseren Aufenthalt genießen..

Kurzurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Ist sauber und gemütlich. Wir waren nur 3 Tage dort, aber die Erholung war als wäre es eine Woche gewesen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, obwohl es schon spät war. Ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Süße kuschlige Wohnung

Alles sehr sauber und neu. Für Kurzurlaube sehr empfehlenswert. Lage perfekt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Vermieterin sehr zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!!
