Thank you for choosing to spend your vacation in our home. Here are a few reminders about your departure and the house rules. Please take a moment and have all the guests read them.

• Cameras are located on the exterior front and rear sides of the home as a safety measure during your stay and when empty.

• The door will auto lock after 60 seconds. Check in is at 4:00 pm. Please do not try to check in early unless prior approval has been granted by the property manager and an additional fee has been paid. Your code will not work until 10 minutes before check in. It is our desire to provide the best experience by preparing and restocking the home prior to your arrival.

• To watch TV, a Roku remote is provided (for each TV), that will power on the TV, make selections, and control sound.

• Supplies provided for your stay are a few trash bags, 4 rolls of toilet paper and each bathroom, and 1 roll of paper towels. Sponge, dish detergent, and 4 dishwasher pods are located on the counter beside the kitchen sink for cleaning dishes and/or using the dishwasher this is a starter kit. For towels and wash clothes one each per occupant plus an additional 2.

Very clean and nice for the price! It was very well stocked with household items you would need such as pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils. The check in process was super easy and the communication with the host was quick anytime we had to message for anything. I would highly recommend this home to stay at!

The honkeytonk is an absolute gem! Great location-close to the beach, shopping, and downtown Savannah. The karaoke machine was a huge bonus to keep the fun flowing, Grill and patio outback offers a relaxing evening (if you can handle the mosquitoes and lizards.) the host was super helpful with recommendations and communication was excellent! The house is equipped with mostly everything you need for several days with a fenced in yard for the furry babies to roam. I privately messaged the host to work out a few kinks but it still deserved a 5 star rating. We were the first ones to stay here and will reserve it again for sure when we come back to Savannah. Worth mentioning: The only shower is in the master bedroom, the other bath has a tub, so if you’re just getting back from the beach and need to rinse off, keep in mind you need to take turns. The house is pet friendly but has conditions that are not fully disclosed up front. 2 pets up to 30 pounds max. We were staying with 2 golden retrievers and a little pup and just paid the extra fees after we booked. It was an unforgettable experience to visit Savannah and Tybee for the first time and feel we got super lucky finding this home. Thank you Casey for sharing your home while we made memories.
