Our holiday home is a new building with 102m² living space on 2 floors, 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, 3 bathrooms, 2 large balconies furnished, 1 large living room with open kitchen, storage room with washing machine, large terrace with private pool and garden, in South Spain mainland on the Costa Blanca.

Suitable for up to 6 persons. Baby cot available on request.

Our house is equipped to a high standard and with everything the heart of a demanding holidaymaker desires, (e.g. crockery and cutlery for 12 people, glasses for various wine lovers for sparkling wine and schnapps, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, air conditioning, WiFi, TV, safe, and much more).

Our holiday home is located in Finestrat in a very noble and quiet holiday area called "Siera Cortina" surrounded by mountains and sea, not far from the famous holiday destination Benidorm.

The mild climate (also in winter), the perfect infrastructure to the airport, beach, shopping facilities, golf course, various leisure facilities and much more makes a holiday in this region perfect.

Alicante airport is only about 45 minutes away by car, and Valencia airport only about 1.5 hours.
The sea / the beach as well as the countless shopping possibilities with shopping mall, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, various golf courses, adventure amusement parks are only 5 minutes away by car.
We rent our house privately ourselves as well as through FeWo-direkt and only a few months a year.
