In the charming village of Aer, where time seems to flow more slowly between stone alleys and historic walls, Apartment Stella is a delightful hideaway set within a beautifully restored rustic house. Carefully renovated to preserve its soul, it combines traditional charm with a modern, welcoming atmosphere.



Overlooking the historic heart of the village and the little church of San Bernardo, with partial views of Lake Garda and the majestic Monte Baldo, this apartment offers a peaceful and authentic experience of Tignale life. Just 700 meters away, Gardola offers everything you need – restaurants, pizzerias, local shops – all within walking distance.



The apartment spans about 100 m² across two floors and comfortably hosts 2 to 6 guests. On the first floor, you’ll find a bright living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a terrace equipped with table and deck chairs – perfect for al fresco dining. Upstairs, two spacious double bedrooms each open onto a balcony, and there’s a second modern bathroom with shower.



You’ll have everything you need: induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, German coffee machine, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. A public parking area is available just a few meters away.



Outdoor lovers will enjoy endless opportunities: from hiking and Nordic walking to mountain biking, tennis, sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing at the Tignale harbour just 7 km away. Golfers can head to the scenic Bogliaco Golf Club, only 13 km from the apartment.

Wieder kommen gerne wieder.

Sauberer großzügiger Wohnraum, sehr bequeme Betten, genug Platz für Kleidung usw. Neues Besteck, genug Geschirr. Duschen großzügig bemessen. Top das alle Fenster und Türen mit Mücken Schutz ausgestattet sind. Terrassenmöbel überprüfen, dritte Wahl, teilweise defekt. Italienische Espressokanne für Induktion fehlt. Sehr Geräuschempfindlich, Bilder, Regale, evtl Gardinen anbringen um das Gefühl einer grossen Halle zu minimieren. Garderobe auf dem Flur/Treppenhaus hübsch, aber für die Grösse der Wohnung und Anzahl der Gäste viel zu klein. Evtl. noch ein kleines Schränkchen oder Regal für Schuhe.

Sehr schönes Appartment, dass eigentlich eine Haushälfte ist. Charmant gelegen.

Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Sehr sauber. Kücheneinrichtung top. Schön gelgen, wer es ursprünglich und ruhig mag. Vom oberen Balkon ist ein Teilblick auf den Gardasee möglich. Es war eiskalt im Haus, als wir ankamen. Die Innentemperatur betrug 12.5 Grad. Es hat 24 Stunden gedauert, bis es halbwegs warm wurde. Der Hinweis, heizen ist teuer in Italien... war in diesem Fall unangebracht.

Wir waren zu fünft und haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und sehr geräumig. Vom oberen Balkon sieht man den Gardasee, vom unteren großen nicht. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, stört das nicht. Wir können die Wohnung und die Gegend nur empfehlen!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit Seeblick und großer Terrasse

Wir waren vier Freunde mit Hund im "Appartamento Stella" von Reboma Holidays und haben den Aufenthalt vom 16.09. bis 22.09.2024 wirklich genossen. Die Wohnung in Tignale hat alles, was man braucht: eine voll ausgestattete Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss und sogar eine große Terrasse mit teilweise Seeblick – perfekt zum Entspannen. Es hätte sogar noch Platz für eine weitere Person auf der Schlafcouch gegeben. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der schnellen und freundlichen Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung. Es wurde immer direkt geholfen, und wir erhielten sehr zeitnah Antworten auf unsere Fragen. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall den Online-Check-in, gerade wenn es Richtung Gardasee zu stärkerem Verkehr kommen kann. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super: WLAN, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler – es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Es gab zwei Badezimmer, was bei uns sehr praktisch war. Das Wasser beim Duschen brauchte ein bisschen, um warm zu werden, aber das war kein großes Problem. Die Heizung war gegen Aufpreis verfügbar, wurde aber schon im Voraus klar kommuniziert. Unser Fazit: Eine tolle, saubere Unterkunft mit viel Komfort und sehr guter Betreuung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
