The villa, built in 1890 and renovated in 2014, is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property over the forests and its sunny and secluded location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Location
Žminj, district of Batlug. The villa is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Semi-detached house. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 3 cars).

Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to the end of September, 4 m x 7 m, 1.50 m deep).
