Outdoor space at home includes a shady lanai, perfect for morning coffee, and a private balcony, surrounded by foliage, perfect for a sundowner. Inside, you’ll find soaring ceilings, stylish island decor, and an open floor plan, ideal for gathering as a group. The chef will love the full, well-equipped kitchen, and everyone can eat together at the large dining table. When it’s time to hit the beach, grab the provided boogie board, two beach coolers, and beach chairs and make a day of it on the sand. When you return, relax in the central air-conditioning or open the windows to enjoy those trade winds. • Exterior Painting Project has started - The exterior painting of all buildings at Waikoloa Colony Villas began, and will continue through approximately June 2027. Each building will take approximately two weeks to complete, and the entire property is expected to take about one year.
