Located on a quiet community and within easy reach to the sandy beaches, this villa is the result of a beautifully converted farm worker's cottage situated just outside the old fishing village of Apulia which is flanked by lush green pine forests. The accommodation is very comfortable and house is fully equipped including a large covered barbecue area ideal for alfresco dining. The gardens are always well maintained and guests have the use of a picnic area in the woods which is reached within a 3 minute walk.
Barbecue terrace ideal for alfresco dining, lawn around the pool (8 X 4 metres). The depth is from 0.85 to 1.80 metres. Pool side shower. Laundry room with washing machine.
A two storey houseGround floor: fully fitted kitchen. Living / dining room with comfortable seating, satellite TV and music centre. Guest toilet with shower.First Floor: master double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Two more bedrooms each with a double bed. Adjacent shower room to be shared.
The rural yet convenient location of the area, with its agricultural fields, olive groves, vineyards (where you will be able to taste the famous Vinho Verde!) and its proximity to the roman delights of Barcelos, makes it an excellent place for a perfectly relaxing and cultural holiday in the Minho region.
