best location we have ever had for a holiday apartment

really enjoyed the whole experience from being collected from the airport to being looked after by isabella and enjoying cocktails overlooking a picturesque view of the see from a beautiful terrace. The location could not have been any better. Very clean apartment. would recommend this apartment to anybody ( not suitable for disabled due to the stairs) Thank you

Eine traumhafte Wohnung direkt am Meer

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Dachterasse, direkt zum Meer. Das ganze auch noch mitten im historischen Monopoli. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Gianni war immer hilfsbereit und hat alles super gemacht. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehelen, 5 Sterne!

We have just returned from Monopoli,and can highly recommend Giambattista’s Apartment. It’s in the perfect location,it’s spotlessly clean,quirky designed with stylish high quality facilities. It has a great sun terrace overlooking the sea and the added extras of a washing machine and dishwasher. The location is great,everything is on your doorstep. Giambattista is a great host and is on hand for advice and assistance. Lastly Monopoli is a beautiful,safe fishing town and a great place for the perfect holiday.

Gianni ist sehr sympathisch und sehr zuverlässig. Empfehlungen waren sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung liegt fantastisch, direkt am Meer, mit einer schönen Terasse. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön.Dank der guten Fenster ist es, trotz zentraler Lage, sehr leise.Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Prachtig appartement aan zee in gezellig Monopoli

Het appartement is ruim, schoon en met een groot eigen dakterras met uitzicht op zee en een verkoelend windje. Badkamer met goede douche en wastafel. Goed werkende airco. Ruim, comfortabel 2-persoons bed. De stoelen zijn iets minder comfortabel. Monopoli is een mooi plaatje met veel goede restaurants en het ligt centraal ten opzichte van alle bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. De mogelijkheden om zelf te koken zijn beperkt met een kleine 2 pits inductieplaat en geen oven of magnetron.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir waren im Juni 2018 für eine Woche in dieser sauberen und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung in Monopoli. Alle Angaben im Internet sind korrekt. Die Wohnung liegt in sehr gute Lage im Zentrum der Altstadt und hat einen schönen Meerblick. Monopoli ist ein guter Startpunkt für viele Ziele in der Umgebung und die Altstadt selber ist auch sehr schön. Viele Restaurants und ein kleiner Stadtstrand sind schnell mit einem kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Die Dachterrasse der Wohnung ist nach unsere Auffassung noch schöner als auf den Fotos im Internet. Herr G. Comes - der Vermieter - hat uns gute Informationen gegeben, er spricht gut deutsch und englisch und war sehr hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass ihm die Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste wichtig ist. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Prachtig appartement aan zee met dakterras

Dit appartement ligt op toplocatie, in het oude centrum bij het kasteel en aan zee. Het is zojuist gerenoveerd en bijzonder stijlvol ingericht. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is hier heerlijk rustig en vanaf het fantastische dakterras is het zondermeer genieten van het prachtige uitzicht op zee. Vanaf dit mooiste plekje van Monopoli is het heerlijk om het oude centrum met en de omgeving verder te verkennen. Gianni, de eigenaar is bijzonder attent en hulpvaardig. Kortom: in alle opzichten is het verblijf hier fantastisch!

Kleinod direkt am Stadtstrand - WUNDERSCHÖN

Wir haben als Kleinfamilie eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem bezaubernden, sehr sauberen Feriendomizil verbracht. Die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters, die perfekte Lage und die Terrasse der Wohnung, das schöne Fischerhafenflair, die Nähe des Stadtstrandes, des Marktes, der Cafes ud Restaurants haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
